If you're having trouble with the application on either iOS or Android, I first recommend that you uninstall and reinstall it. I find that usually helps in anything tech-related :) Do be advised that you'll lose your recorded high score though.

If you have other queries/concerns, or if the issue persists even after reinstalling, send me an email and I promise to look into it. If applicable, please also mention the following details:

  • Your device model (e.g. "iPhone 13" or "Samsung Galaxy S8")
  • Your operating system (OS) version. For Apple device users, click here. For Android users, click here.

As this is a personal project of mine, I might take a bit of time to reply to you and to resolve the issue. But rest assured, I want you to enjoy the game so I'm going to help you as quickly as I can :)
